For orders under $100 a flat rate fee of $10.00AUD applies to shipping within Australia via Australia Post – Regular Parcel Post. This will be the default post option for orders under $100.


For all orders up to 500g shipping to New Zealand flat rate fee of $20.00AUD applies.
For all orders up to 500g shipping to North America and Canada a flat rate fee of $25.00AUD applies
For all orders up to 500g shipping to United Kingdom and Europe a flat rate fee of $30.00AUD applies.


We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100. Please note that free shipping does not apply to parcels over 5kg. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post – Regular Parcel Post and can be expected in approximately 4 – 7 Business days.

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping T’s & C’s

  • Applies to orders shipped via Australia Post and with a maximum total weight of 5kg (within Australia only) and maximum total weight of 500gm (outside of Australia).
  • Bulky orders over 5kg may incur additional shipping costs, and depend on the total order size/weight and the shipping location. Contact us for a quote prior to placing your order, or we will contact you on receiving an order to confirm any additional shipping costs for bulk orders (if applicable).
  • We may need to contact you if inadequate shipping has been paid.  You’ll have the option to pay the difference in shipping cost or elect to cancel the order.

Rural or Remote Locations

We may not be able to ship items or deliver to remote or rural locations. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing an order. Additional charges may apply.

Estimated Shipping Times (Australia only)

Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing postal delays due to COVID-19. You will receive a tracking notification from us to locate/track your delivery.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched (we aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order) the following estimated shipping times then apply:

Australia Post Regular Parcel Post – 4-7 Business Days.



Customer satisfaction is our mission and priority. All products are checked prior to shipping.

Whilst we are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind, we will accept returns under these circumstances with the following conditions:

  • Exchange only
  • Products have not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way and are in original condition
  • Customer pays for postage costs for both the returned items (coming back to us) and the new exchange items (going out to the customer).
  • Products are protected when packaged for return

Should the product be faulty and have major problems, we expect that the customer will contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods.  We will accept returns of faulty goods under the following conditions:

  • Customer’s choice of Refund or Exchange
  • Refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for returns postage cost
  • If customer chooses the Exchange option the new item will be sent to the customer Free of charge
