All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

We work hard to ensure that products and stock levels are kept up to date, however items may be sold out or unavailable and if your order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel it and you will receive a full refund.

Whilst we endeavour to keep product information, availability and pricing on this website up to date and accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have placed an order for we will inform you of this in writing as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel or we are unable to contact you and your order is cancelled by Us, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation or changing your order

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order you are not able to cancel or amend it, including changing information such as shipping address or email address. Please ensure you place your order correctly, however should you realise immediately after placing your order that you wish to cancel or amend it, please contact us immediately via email or telephone.

The use of this Service is restricted to persons aged 18 years of age and above and possessing a valid credit or debit card. Using fake or stolen personal information and/or credit cards is illegal and strictly prohibited. Offenders will be prosecuted.

Shipping Costs

We use third party postal services to deliver your goods after purchase. Shipping charges are determined by these third parties and in no way do we have control over what the cost will be. Despite our efforts to have correct shipping costs calculated at checkout, errors and omissions may occur. All shipping costs displayed on this website are subject to confirmation by Us. Where there is a discrepancy between the price you have paid for shipping and the actual cost of the shipping incurred by Us, you will be notified and given the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. Should you choose to cancel, or we are unable to contact you and your order is cancelled by Us, you will receive a full refund.

Product Photographs and Descriptions

Photographs are representations only and should be used as a guide.
